Checks clear for internal employees. You might get a cash card from time to time if you're a consultant.

Cons

Truly horrible environment. Senior leadership hasn't sold or recruited in years and have no idea what a production desk looks like in 2015. Zero employee development, zero employee reward program and zero strategic guidance. You are on an island. Produce by any means necessary or get terminated in 90 days.

Cons

Worked for $14/hour. When assignment ended, they asked me to interview for $12/hour position. Went on only one interview through them after this. When I filed for unemployment, they LIED to CT Dept of Labor and said I refused work. I now work for another agency!

SNI Companies has a great office environment that encourages team building and work life balance. With any career it has it's peaks and valleys but over all, I look forward to coming to work everyday. SNI has a solid sales and recruiting structure that encourages you to work smarter, not harder. To better ensure quality, we are divided up into teams that are industry specific. My team is AMAZING. September 2015 will be my 1 year mark. As the newbie, my team has encouraged and trained me to be a successful partner. SNI offers a competitive pay structure in comparison to other Staffing Agencies. Each quarter, I've continuously made more money than the prior. We regularly have company sponsored happy hours, networking events and sales competitions. In less than a yea, I've earned several cash gift cards and additional PTO days. Also, we have casual Friday! As a jeans and T type of gal ... this is HIGHLY appreciated.

My manager makes me leave if I'm sick and the coffee could be better.
