Pros

For the month that I was able to work at HQ, I have to say was awesome. The engineers here are very talented and smart. The upper management people are easy to work with. Mr. Lyons, the CEO, is a very nice and hard working person. (Only was able to meet with him once). HR and everyone else is nice and fun to work with. If you're considering applying, please do. Awesome place to work and expand your knowledge and skills. A lot of opportunities to grow at SOLUTE.

Pros

The salary to get you in the door and the promises they make. That is where the Pro's end there!

Cons

They promise you that you will be working on exciting work and room for growth, then it is anything but and everyone just has to "chip in". Management doesn't seem to have a clue what they are doing and just trying to hold it together.

- Interesting projects coming in or ongoing with a steadily growing team. - Highly collaborative experience for the project I am on, and I have learned a lot. - Smooth commute coming in from the north is a plus.

Cons

- Initial experience was like drinking water out of a fire hose. A little more communication as to a project's parts (from a high-level) upon beginning work would have helped.
