Pros

Great coworkers and wanton for improvements Fun events Great first job out of college Fantastic learning experience Bright colors on 4&5 so you feel like you're in an elementary school

Cons

Management is condescending, often makes promises they can't keep. The company is growing too quickly, and won't invest in reliable technologies for internal use, forcing employees to solely rely on using word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint in the web browser. Stay away! 401k benefits are a joke, they match .25 for every dollar you contribute up to 6% or so, but the portfolio has been losing more money than they contribute. Kool-aid is everywhere - entry level positions are almost always promoted within a year with very little pay increase to create a facade that you are valued. The moment when the company's 50+ quarters of consecutive revenue growth stops will be a shock to all and unfortunately I expect that to be soon. Managers with seniority are out of touch with employees. Myself and coworkers have admitted to crying at work Expectations are set too high Company has been restructured 2 or 3 times in the past 3 years Conference rooms work 25% of the time - don't expect to use a TV or projector to give presentations PTO benefits are great, but often difficult to actually use without tremendous stress amongst teams due to department understaffing. Workbench seating with no partitions is the "Standard" across all offices, and floors 4&5 in Minneapolis. If you are in Support or technology expect to be interrupted frequently. "OneDrive" - the only supported file storage option by the company is useless and fails to work for many teams forcing folks to store files in unsupported locations. Our team has to resort to using google docs & google drive. Other teams are using Dropbox. 4th & 5th floors offer "lockers" with no file drawers

Pros

There is plenty of opportunity to do creative and interesting work. New technologies can be explored and implemented. My peers really are some great people to work with in a very collaborative environment. With global expansion there are some fun opportunities to work with peers overseas including travel. It's fun, exciting and probably the best part of the job.

Cons

Executive vision seems rather disconnected from reality. Benefits are not exactly exciting and growth from within honestly does not pay. You're better off gaining solid experience then taking a role outside the company.
