The company culture is awesome and the people who work there are great! You get dinner on the nights you are expected to stay until 7...or later...

Cons

Management needs to get on the same page and set realistic exceptions for their team - they are often too busy for 'small' questions and tell you to find a senior member to buddy up with if you want to be successful. There is no work life balance...work, work, work if you aren't hitting your numbers. Can be oddly similar to high school at times. Turnaround rate is pretty high in sales.

Pros

Work hard, play hard environment. Focus on growth and revenue - executives aligned with Sr managers for the most part. Executive leadership generally embrace innovation but seem to struggle because of their own views/egos of how things should be done.

Cons

Increases in pay as existing employee are difficult at best. Inequalities based on previous management decisions are undermining the company's ability to retain top talent. Level of appreciation expressed to individual employees across departments is relatively low but increasing. This combined with pay increase challenges is an interesting dynamic for the company to overcome.
