Pros

On behalf of someone who was from a company acquired by SPS Commerce - No overly intense if you are aiming for work-life balance

Cons

- Slow to adopt AI Policies - A few hiccups where leadership would communicate something (timelines, a decision) and pivot later or fail to communicate something that really ought to (conflict avoidance) - Internal data infrastructure was behind. Not cutting edge for folks in a data-related field.
