Pros

Unless you like bottom of quartile pay, there really isn’t any benefits. The companies stock has plummeted, they are not growing, and everyone has worked here for 15+ years at a certain point change is needed to continue to grow the company.

Cons

HR team needs to be completely restructured with competent people who know how to run a business. Lack of accountability, lack of team work, and pointing figures lack of ownership and urgency and it’s just a bunch of people acting and putting on a show. It’s time to run a real business.

Re-org is pushing out good reps

There are good people in management/leadership roles

Cons

Lack of trust in senior leadership, recent rollout of org structure and comp plans don’t make sense, senior leadership doesn’t care about true relationship building and is fine with turnover of reps and messy implementation projects
