      The company and its members attract high-calaber personnel and are engaged in significant projects for both the civil and government sectors. The company also has aligned its salaries and benefits to meet the demands of the market.

      Cons

      In its zealous pursuit of process standardization, the company has become too rigid in policy to easily adapt both project performance and personnel management requirements to unique needs in the field.

      Pros

      The benefits package is really great, I can't complain about that at all. And the salaries seem to be pretty good as well, although some small companies around here pay better. Most of the management is decent. I just which it was a flatter org chart.

      Cons

      The company seems to be hiring anyone, just to back fill all the people quitting. Unfortunately, a lot of the best people are leaving. The qualify the available work also suffers, since management isn't taking the time to figure out what the employees actually want to work on. They are more concerned with getting people off of overhead.
