Good Company if you like Government-Contract Work

Pros

Keeping America safe, nice folks, opportunities to travel, and very flexible hours. Not a bad gig. It's also nonprofit, so all the money from sales gets reinvested into the company.

Cons

Since its government contract-work, the projects are bigger/longer in scope, so you may not get a ton of variety there. Not a con I suppose if you like that kind of pace though. Also, I imagine, there is a bit more of a process to things than in private companies, like detailing how much time you spend on each project your working e.g.

Cons

Technical work takes second place to office politics. You can be the smartest/productive engineer and they will elevate hear say, without evidence over your proven record.
