Promotions are few and far between. They are based around three key factors. 1 ) How long you've worked at the company. SRC is not merit based. 2 ) How much company leaders like you. 3 ) Which projects you were placed on. If you were placed on a project receives a lot of funding, you will automatically be more likely to get a promotions. You will likely not get recognition if: 1 ) You are doing company services. 2 ) You do not actively work on a large contract. 3 ) The team you are placed in doesn't care about you. Raises or bonuses happen every year for everyone. But, this is decided for you, and you have no say in it once it has been decided. If you work hard, potentially, you can get a higher raise. However, if a single person says something mildly negative about you, you will not receive it. Compensation does not match industry standards. You will get a better compensation elsewhere. SRC has an identity crisis about the type of company they are.
