Benefits are great across the board. The majority of co-workers are very capable and have a passion for their work.
Cons
A few years ago, I would have said nothing but good things about SRC, but... The culture is in a nosedive, company is alienating staff in an effort to be "woke". There is no room for people who question the status quo or want to foster change, upward mobility is based on nepotism and "good old boys" approach. Leadership is either completely aloof or actively ignoring feedback pointing out ongoing issues. Not for profit that seems oddly concerned about profit and refuses to pay fair despite surveys that indicate it is an organization wide problem. CEOs are provided massive salaries and bonuses in excess of a million dollars while employees have to fight for raises that don't even cover inflation. Work/life balance is non-existent, top performers are burning out and leaving in droves.
