Thank you for sharing your feedback. Balancing the needs of your professional and personal life is important – we understand this flexibility is key for many of our employees. In addition, we strive to provide career development opportunities through our mentorship and tuition reimbursement programs as well as internal classes and Toastmasters group. Many of our principals and senior associates started their careers at SRF and have grown to be leaders within the company. We also cover the cost of professional membership(s) and license/certification costs for employees. However, these growth opportunities aren’t effective without clear communication on how to continue your professional development. We encourage you to talk to your supervisor (and mentor) to get a clear understanding of how you can grow at SRF and set tangible goals for advancement.
