Pros
Some pockets of the business where the culture has tried to maintain itself after acqusition are the only pros.
Cons
This place is an absolute disaster to work at. Leadership's message from Rahul and Bill is simply cut cost to increase margin at any non financial expense. There has been a complete mass exodus of talent from Intralinks (their most profitable business which has led to a huge decrease in marketshare) as well as a few of their other recent acquistions. There are first hand accounts of SSNC's newly promoted head of sales participating in inappropriate behavior with colleagues which got swept under the rug. There truly is no People first culture. Women only receive 2 weeks of paid maternity leave. They will not increase compensation to be competitive despite an aggressive jobs market poaching talent and will then complain when attrition numbers are high. They do not take the time to meet with the employees of the companies they acquire and take no interest in the actual detail of their business. It's purely numbers. Cronyism is the only way of advancement - Just take a look at how long the Exectuive leadership team has been there as well as who they just appointed Head of Sales - Alternatives (family).
