Cons
Slow to change, slow to react. Some long term employees have only worked here so they have no experience with other jobs or companies. Very clannish, small town behaviors (if you know, you know). Some managers and VPs play favorites and treat the employees as either good or bad no shades of gray. Some of the managers regularly work over 70 hours a week and expect their employees to do the same.
