The corporate office is creepy quiet like a morgue. The office can be fully-staffed and you can hear a pin drop. No one really socializes outside of their departments. Payroll department was the worst, often heard sharing other employee's private information outside the office within earshot of their co-workers. Surprise, we hear you! Upper management does not listen to their employees. When you try to escalate issues to the executive staff they simply ignore you (calls to voice-mail, ignored emails, dodging you in the hallways). Everyone does work very hard but unfortunately they aren't given much credit for it. Usually people stay here because they're almost ready to retire or they quit for greener pastures after realizing their being micromanaged and taken advantage of. They purposefully hire wide-eyed and eager young adults who are just happy to get a job only to find out they get burned out too. Parking is always difficult, you'll need to arrive at least 20 minutes early to get a spot.
