      Low pay and no career path just a meandering career until a random promotion, asked for a new chair, got fitted for a new chair, the new chair never came. AS400.

      No personal life balance. On call everyday. Hours are brutal.

      Pros

      Retirement program 30% of your salary after 5 years of employment, health benefits for cooperate office employees 100% paid for by the company, commute, employees tend to stay for their entire carriers. Good pay scales.

      Cons

      Slow to change, slow to react. Some long term employees have only worked here so they have no experience with other jobs or companies. Very clannish, small town behaviors (if you know, you know). Some managers and VPs play favorites and treat the employees as either good or bad no shades of gray. Some of the managers regularly work over 70 hours a week and expect their employees to do the same.
