Worst ever company to work with.. Worst worst..

Pros

No Pros.. Worst management, Work work environment.. Hiring firing policy.. Worst project design..No work from home.. strict time in and out policy.... nothing is to praise.. If you like to grow in your career than pls pls dont join this company.. If you are out due to any reason for 1 hr than you have to send mails to all the managers about this and take permission..bcz they monitor you by different internal sources positioned in each team..

Mostly Good People. Good Stepping Stone to a Better Job/Career.

Cons

Rampant Nepotism Employs Antiquated Technologies Poor to Non-Existent Career Paths Poor to Non-Existent Salary Structures Wasteful and/or Self Serving (Major) Capital Expenditures Constant Turnover in Senior Management Indicating Instability Constant Turnover in Senior Management Resulting in Never ending Strategic Changes and Confusion. Ridiculously old and inadequate facilities

It is technically a pay check

Cons

They cancel your hours 20 minutes before your shift, so you don’t get consistent work. They foster a toxic workplace, expecting their “management” to micro manage you. Literally the worst job I’ve ever had in the last 13 years of working.
