      Pros

      Decent benefits, great coworkers. Allows religious expression and encourages prayer. Tuition reimbursement and cooperation with university for BSN program. One of the only employers in our region.

      Cons

      This facility has the same problems all of healthcare has. Overreaching bureaucrats make rules and set standards that are, practically speaking, impossible to meet.

      Able to use skills to assist patients and be their advocate. Encourage and cheer patients through recovery. Fulfills personal need to provide a quality service and be kind to the public. Scanning patient charts much more efficient.

      Poor phone system....super annoying and difficult Computer issues daily....slowness.... Constant addition to duties Mismanagement ICD 10 diagnosis code change Heavy paperwork No centralized insurance verification Heavy insurance verification phone calls Sumject to hospital inspections
