Pros
Good insurance, additional program to cover half of the employees out of pocket insurance costs. Relatively descent pay. Room for growth.
Cons
Training is severely lacking, terrible attendance policy, no paid holidays, they use your accumulated paid time off for holidays and sick days... there is sick time but you have to be off for more than three days in a row, use all of your paid time off, and have a Doctor note in order to use it. This makes work/life balance a challenge especially if you have childeren. Many policies are left up to “manager discretion” instead of being universally set by HR. This sets the stage for favoritism and much inconsistency between teams and departments.
