Business Outlook
Pros
Great environment. Good insurance and PTO. Flexible hours. Lots of nice people. the location is nice as it right of 364 and not far from highway 70 and 40.
Cons
Pay is way below industry average. Raises often cancelled so company can buy and build more hospitals. CEO still got raise though High turnover rate and loss of good employees because of pay. The room for advancement is NOT good. If you work hard and are good at your job don't expect to move up to a open position that pays more. They hire outside of the company.
