      Some pros of this position and company are a positive work environment, great coworkers, flexible schedule for full-time students such as myself, you learn new things everyday such as communication skills, get yearly raises, and the management is very friendly and helpful.

      Large network over a large geographic area with a large influx of new physicians, staff, and administrators makes it difficult for medical and admninistration to work as a a team.
