Not getting paid enough according to the union grid and my experience. Need that new hospital building BADLY! Rooms are way too small.

There is a tremendous turnover rate here and when I started I was working with an entirely different staff. The relationships you make are really just temporary and I wanted to go somewhere they have a better turnover rate and the staff stays in one place longer. I also have had a lot of push back with staff and only doing an ok job with what they are appointed and sometimes they just don't even do what is expected with their job. I wanted to go somewhere where there would be a place where I can be in charge of the total patient care. I was also a weekday night nurses and I would be working a weekend shift almost every week.
