      Pros

      They are a very compassionate company. I love the fact that they are all about the people they take care of. I am very excited to see where I go with this company.

      Cons

      I have yet to experience any cons about this company. Every one is entitled to their own opinion and although I have only heard a couple negative things about this company the Pros definitely out weigh the negative.

      Pros

      Salary and benefits are decent. Small hospital atmosphere.

      Cons

      SSM eliminated many positions without giving the employees, who had been there for many years, any notice. They also forced some employees to take on many additional duties without consideration of the burden this placed on staff. SSM claims to be nonprofit and charity focused, however, everything they do is based almost solely on financial gain.
