They have a pretty good benefits package

Cons

Poor management and leadership. They lack in communicating to their employees about various changes, and are not very considerate of personal space. They micromanage every move you make. It is fround upon if you share your opinion. The director should find another career path because she has no clue as to how to operate a call center, which causes a a vey high turn over rate. If you are not the type of person that likes to sit behind a desk for 8 straight hours a day. This will not be the right place to work..you will be miserable. The pay is horrible

Pros

Decent place to work with awesome coworkers. The facility was pretty nice, but the food in the cafeteria was terrible. I found hair in my omlette more than once.

Cons

The SSM merger brought a lot of negative policies with very little positives. I seriously found hair in my food on multiple occasions, that's pretty gross.
