      Great working environment, benefit, and pension plan.

      Cons

      The company doesn't invest in current employees, and only selected few are given opportunities to advance internally. Morale is low because external applicants are given the opportunity for key positions over current high-performing employees. When internal applicants apply for key positions, they are not given the courtesy of an interview, only a letter of "You do not meet/qualify." Which is odd being that no one has interviewed with the employee to make that determination. Poor recruitment process for internal applicants!

      Great benefits, great opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Salaries aren't competitive with others health care positions. SSM jobs are severely underpaid except for leadership, nursing, and physician jobs.
