      Pros

      I came from another large facility in St. Louis and am so happy that I made the change. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with and work for at SSM. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of a most amazing team!

      Pros

      Very collaborative environment. Things are accomplished through partnerships. Mission of the organization is well known by all. It is easy to tie your work back to the mission. Lots of opportunities for internal growth. Potential to be the best healthcare systems in the country.

      Company has corporatized over the last couple of years. This has created some new challenges which are being worked out over time.
