      Made a decent salary, good vacation time, still offers a pension if you can last for 5 years

      Cons

      Political leadership. Disorganized leadership, lead to larger waste of money due to in efficient policy and proceeded. Run far far away.

      Pros

      You have the unique opportunity to influence troubled kids through dark times; hospitals are clean.

      Cons

      RN's can be nasty superiors. You operate under their registered license yes, but they tend to be passive aggressive and belittle you and demean female staff whenever an opportunity presents itself. Given the roof of respect and responsibilities you receive, it's no wonder that other techs tend to find less and less reason to work harder.
