      Family like staff- worked with great Drs and nurses and ancillary staff members. Love the "concept" of the mission.

      Cons

      7 middle managers in 7 years?!? Speaks volumes to upper managements game. But for some reason, the middle managers who know the least about their units last the longest!! All about the MONEY$$$
