leadership cares about stuffing their pockets, but not their employees
Pros
I had a lot years ago, it has only gone down hill. I have none to share anymore.
Cons
The leadership at this company are shady. They only care about implementing as many projects as they can and acquiring as many entities as they can to continue to rake in the cash for themselves. NONE of the actual workers see any of this benefit. They have no work-life balance. The leadership drive in their super expensive, super fancy cars, while workers are applying for health assistance. We are a healthcare company that owns our own health insurance, and other companies that use our health insurance (DHP) get WAY better rates than we do. Odd... Management doesn't staff enough, say yes to as many projects as they can and can look away because they aren't the ones working nights and weekends to meet deadlines. The last thing people had a bit of sanity about was their ability to work from home and enjoy that option, which has since been taken away to, get this, "improve culture". Ha! You are taken a privilege away but not giving anything back - how does that improve culture? Our company did a massive market analysis a while back of what employees should really be paid, since it was clear we weren't stacking up with our competitors and losing peole right and left... so they did the analysis, and told us where we "should" fall based on their research, but then we still have not been put into that pay. That doesn't make any sense right? Why even do it if you can't stand behind paying us what you yourself say we should be getting paid. Employees are leaving left and right and they are just allowing this, not doing anything to improve our lives at this job. They care about making their big salaries which are vastly different than ours. And then just as fast as we have leadership come in, they too leave to bigger and better opportunities.
