Stable paycheck, not much of a risk for getting layed off.

Cons

Pay is pretty bad compared to other similar companies, work comes in peaks and valleys, lots of turnover.

Pros

A culture where you can be yourself, no false pretenses. Everyone works very hard but is rewarded. 12 week 100% pay maternity leave, cost of living boost outside of merit increases, work from home program, great benefits and 401K contribution.

Cons

Not the highest pay I've ever received but the culture is worth the tradeoff.
