Promotions and raises are extremely slow senority is basically ignored . Management talks how they want employees to have good balance, but thats all it is ..talk

Fells like a small company but has large company resources Has many divisions so they can stay busy when one has a recession No hire-fire mentality

Thank you for sharing your SSOE experience with us! Something very important to everyone here at SSOE is the care for our colleagues, thus the small company feel. We strive to share talent, opportunities and project work across the organization which allows us to be nible. SSOE feels blessed to have some outstanding project work in our queue and yes, we have many job requisitions open (and a fantastic employee referral bonus program). One change that SSOE adopted post C-19 was the introduction of a hybrid work model and while it's challenging to meet the needs of many, we hope this model will give us time to celebrate, professionally develop, coach, mentor and collaborate in person while allowing us to embrace the value of being able to work from home a few days a week too.
