- literally none, maybe staff if you get good co workers

Cons

Constant labor cuts (despite contracted hours) Makes you use holiday hours to make up for lack of labor Management treat you awfully Benefits of the job change when you have been there for a while Favouritism within company Rota changes the day before shifts

Pros

The only pro for this company is it sets prices to have good profit margins.

Cons

The con is it wastes money by hiring incompetent people in the head office, they won't visit the units, they don't know the ground reality and just waste money, just last month they shut down a store in Guy's hopital in central london, and the idiots in the marketing team sent promotional materials and new menu boards to the the closed site, which is total waste of money, this is just of the incedents where i can disclose to open public and internally they do waste a lot of money, makes me wonder what are they even planning.
