Free Meals and Nice team Members. Senior Management extremely friendly but they are also over-worked.

Cons

Be prepared to work 12-14 hours everyday- even on weekends you would be assigned work. Staff is overloaded with work and not compensated. No interaction between management and employees. Management needs major training on leadership. If an employee is seen taken a break, he/she is 'red flagged'. Everything is MICRO-MANAGED! High turn-over rate due to 'incompetent Leaders' and 'atmosphere'. Office needs renovation...old broken furniture needs to be replaced.

Where should I even begin this is the worst of the worst company after 6+ years they tell us 2 days before Thanksgiving we are closing sometime between then and Dec.31 no severance pay and no care or worries about its employees who have been there making them $$ from day one. No one to give honest truth and then they try to bail on owed PTO hours to top it all off. I cannot believe these heartless "people" keep on making your money
