      they are interested in you working and having the staff needed, so you always would find work with them

      They have no regards in having the necessary equipment or even food to work with at the level they wish to be and employees are not God or Moises.

      Pros

      You have good coworkers to associate yourself with. Along with the fact that work is easy for a young person for myself.

      Cons

      The place is full of drama along with childish individuals. Managers will do absolutely nothing but fuel the fire to an employee's problems. They do not accommodate for college students like me. They will end up cutting your hours however long they will, even if you have seniority and are an excellent worker. Good workers will stay in there position while non-hardworking individuals will move up in position. On top of that, these promoted 'managers' have no proper training and will treat you with no high respect or morals.

      Bad pay, they can do whatever they want with your working hours as it suits them, they promise you a bonus which you will never get, the management is awful they don't treat their staff as humans but much more like a producing ornament
