Pros

Staff discount, however varies between sites and sites are few and far between, so not actually that great. Flexible hours. Various contracts available to suit personal circumstances.

Cons

No incentives - they've recently scrapped the staff bout scheme at any sites who were regularly achieving it. Minimum wage. No progression - middle management scrapped so team leaders are expected to step up and do more work for same money.

Bonus out of reach. Understaffed, undervalued, shift changes at last minute. High expectations Low appreciation.
