      I worked for Liberty Diner...it opened up not so long ago & I am not happy with the experience whatsoever. 1) Unprofessional Manager 2) Catty Co-workers 3) Needs Organization

      Pros

      They have health insurance and you get paid every 2 weeks. There are a few great employees who care and are good to work with.

      Cons

      Poor training of all staff. Sub par employees with no work ethic. No support from upper management. Company only cares about making money not about quality of product being served.

      innovative challenging environment once management have confidence in you they give you more rope and flexibility

      Cons

      management go into huge detail/micro manage - can be disempowering can sometimes feel like a culture of fear the value and culture could do with some work. very low morale
