      Good colleagues, 15% discount in the M+S simply Food store, simple job

      Cons

      Management were negative (for the most part), there wasn't much motivation and the hours were long with repetitive work

      Pros

      Pay is decent if you are hourly and a full time worker.

      Cons

      No training is given to workers nor management team. Only get 50% off food if you are a crew member. Food prices are way too high to afford. Too many people hired all at once to and company turned over night without proper equipment or supplies for workers. Either short staffed or under staffed.

      Overworked staff (would rather have less staff to save wages, ensuring that they have to unnecessarily work twice as hard) Minimal Pay Company is focused on profit more than staff happiness Staff forced to upsell to everyone Crazy Hours Unrealistic targets No bonus payments High turnover of staff Not allowed to accept tips! Greedy company overall
