Cons

They don't pay the market rate, you'll end up being under valued and work 12 hour days without over-time. No work life balance. Management is ineffective and constantly changing. You'll be expected to play politics and out in large amount of effort & time just for 'PR excercises.' Basically career suicide to join SSP in IT now. Don't believe the marketing rubbish on the website, the company cares about screwing every pound they can out of the customer. Your individual career goals and growth will never even be considered. The management themselves are entrenched in a game of penny pinching and politics that you'll be dragged into.

Everything. Ssp is unorganized, unprofessional, ungrateful and cheap. They treat their employees like criminals. There are cameras everywhere, they don't allow you to buy seafood with your employee meal card and they don't pay well at all.
