PTO, Meet new people, steady pay, consistent hours

Cons

No pay raises, management helps only when and who they want to, those who no call no show still have a job and get more hours. Nobody gets written up at all. Management talks about crew members behind their back. Favorites are made, get told to come in even when sick. no communication between management

Can't think of anything but I need to put five words here!

Cons

Poor pay, treated like slaves. No recognition, lots of blame. Won't arrange shifts to meet personal needs like dental appointments. Expected to work any time, any day at a moments notice. Refused access to bonus scheme. If I could give a zero rating I would!
