Pros

Career progression is realistic if you work hard and something about you, it isn't based on seniority but actually on the individual

Cons

You just do not matter to any one of higher and middle management. The new direction from the board and CEO's, COO's and top brass are slashing away what was good about SSP to maximise short term profit. I see them as Richard Gere in pretty woman asset stripping companies to male millions, I just don't think a good week with a prostitute is going to fix it.

Pros

There are no pros unless you like being underpaid and kept at 4 hour shifts, 3 days a week

Cons

under paid , not appreciated, managers are bullies, hours and shift are never the same . There are no direct phone lines to call in sick. It's all done online scheduling and shift swapping , also where you must give 24 hour notice of calling in sick.
