      Some locations have excellent Managers.

      Cons

      They once really focused on customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Then it became only the bottom line....forgetting the 2 components above create the best EBITA in the long run and long term.

      Pros

      It's good money if you are a server or bartender.

      Cons

      Company is awful. They hire anyone that applies, which means that nearly everyone you work with is underqualified. Not great for those of us who actually know how to do our jobs. Super unorganized. Management is horrible. Everyone is treated as a number.

      It's a fast paced job, like that they have bids allows to access experience in different restaurants, never a slow day always working

      Cons

      Management needs a little work with communicating with their employees, scheduling needs work as well some days it's over staffed other days it's understaffed
