Pros

Good colleagues from all different countries. Used to get free meals on duty before the staff discount card came into effect.

Cons

Lot of work, very early starts, minimum wage, no tips, 30%(I think) off at the ridiculously overpriced M&S.

Pros

trust me, nothing at this company. no appreciation or anything

Cons

poor work life balance. you are not getting paid for the hard work you are doing. Managers and Team leader getting paid better but team members have to do more hard work than them. in the first induction they might say you can create a career but trust me, there is something called pathfinder where you have to get training for more than three months but end of the training you may not be a team leader. please don't apply to their job and don't put yourself in a slave house.
