Pros

Colleagues are usually very nice to each other and we try to stay strong together. We do hang up after work or go party together on free weekends.

Cons

High turnover of employees as we are not treated like humans but like robots. We cannot have own personality at all we have to blend in and become invisible in the machine process at the lowest rate of £6.50 for starting work at 4am in the morning (9hr shift).

bullying so bad it forced 2 employees myself included to be signed off with sever stress issues. safety standards are none existant there have been sevral injurys as a result of poor health and safety standards including dangerously stacked deliverys and badly dameged equipment that is never replaced. manegment is grossly incompitent underpayment by upto 40 hours is not unusual and can take 2 or 3 months to get what your owed how the company is still in buisness i do not know
