      Since there is a minimum word limit Well trained at the beginning Few staff were nice Interview was easy

      Cons

      Forced to pay £100 leaving one day before contract end due to illness threatening court suits 3 months after working there chased up for airport pass - funnily enough thrown out by this point Hassled from HR management etc from things easily avoided Airport specific - Terrible manager - unresponsive rude Early mornings & pay minimum wage (Minimum wage + 1/4 if before 5) Everyone hated their job and every customer knew it - not a nice environment at all

      flexibility sometimes. meet lots of people from lots of backgrounds.

      Cons

      minimum wage whatever time of day or bank holiday. bonus targets too high. not enough people on shift. embarrassingly high prices. lots of grief from customers
