Pros

The only pro is that if you are a morning person, your schedule would start around 4am.

Cons

I was with the company as a manager for more than 6yrs. SSP expects there managers to put home life 2nd, they do not care about anything except themselves. You will be promised the moon & back, espc the area managers do not follow thru with their promises. There is no such thing as a quality of life, even if your on vacation your still expected to answer emails & phone calls.....

Pros

The hours are great if you can work a day time shift because it allows you to be home with your family. Minimal supervision allows you to organize your work day as you see fit.

Cons

Cost of health insurance is incredibly high. Corporate is incredibly skittish and terminates people over the slightest thing. VP's are not always the most knowledgeable about the restaurant business. Bonus structure is set up in such a way as to make it completely unattainable.
