Pros

working at an airport is dry and away from the elements.

Cons

Low pay, No raises ever! Management is either bullies or just not there at all, Favoritism, excessive work load for team while management sits and eats lunch after being there one to two hours, No breaks for staff, Management cares more about their bonus than anything else. They never fix anything in the kitchen. Dirty, disorganized, the list goes on and on.

Pros

* There are plenty of hours available * 50% meal during work shift * Early shifts usually available (they start at 4:00 AM) * 401(k) after 30 days of employment.

Cons

* You'll most likely be force extended to work hours past your out-time, even when more than enough people are working with no customers & management will ignore you while doing so. * You don't get 100% of your starting pay rate or insurance until 1 calendar year from date of employment * Management team that is driven for their bonus over the team necessities
