      Pros

      Good pay Well secured work area, so no worries on your safety Only 2 shifts morning (opening) and afternoon (closing) If you have seniority the job is 10 times easier

      Cons

      Sloppy management and HR team Co workers and work environment is terrible Terrible shifts for new people Low turnover rate A lot of slacking making it to where one has to do more work, but no increase to pay and it’s expected 1st shift are always leaving work and slacking because they stay understaffed and expects 2nd shift to do it

      Working as a team. Multicultural workforce. Always going above and beyond for our customers.

      Career development still needs addressing. Double standards needs looking into.

      You would get a free meal.

      Cons

      They lie and say you are full time....full time to them is 24 hours. Also they make you take a lunch if u work 5 hours which puts you down to 4.5. No one to cover your bar for lunch so good luck and hope for the best.
