A company that does not care about its employees in the slightest, due to the unfair distribution of tasks, a company that imposes the work that 2 or 3 people will do on a single employee. It has managers who see each employee as a modern slave, thanks to the organisational structure that donates all the bonuses of the managers to them by forcing them to do even the work they do not want to do, threatening to send them home and cutting their wages. A faceless company that does not make its own employees happy and expects its customers to be happy. It is a very lowly company that never cares about ideas, that those who manage it as if it were their own trash can not manage it, and that provides extra workload and in return only a dry "thank you" as a blessing. I am very sorry for sacrificing the wasted 3 years and all the labour I have given to them

This company lacks even the most fundamental elements of a healthy work environment. Micromanagement is the norm, and ethical standards are mostly ignored. It may serve as a temporary option, but it's not a place for professional growth or long-term development.
