You'll be busy and get a lot of experience in a short amount of time. High turnover so positions open up.

Cons

Horrible company! Just cares about numbers. Unsafe work conditions. Won't provide tools for expected work. Be prepared for work 14-16 hour days as a manager. High turnover.
