      Pros

      There is nothing positive to mention. It used to be a different earlier, now very negative and demotivating environment. Management needs to reminded that they have a team in Coimbaore.

      Cons

      Not employee friendly policies. You are questioned and answerable to 3-4 managers for small issues or for applying sick leave. Terrible salary hike, no matter you overachieved your targets. Multiple day to day related issues, like internet problem, AC not working, pathetic food and employees were forced to work in the inhuman situation for more than 6 months and management and HR never cared. Managers are biased and involved in office pity politics.

Coimbatore is an important part of SSI's growth strategy and will always remain so. Our focus on Coimbatore team, facility has been of utmost importance ever since the inception in 2014.       Pros

      Got hired in a placement drive . It has been a very pleasant experience working in SSI as of now. Especially training procedures were very understanding and even the transition into the work environment was very smooth. Will be given enough time for each individual to perform and improve their skills. Co-employees are very co-operative and happy to help anytime .

      Cons

      Didn't come across any difficulties as of now

      Pros

      • SSI is a great place to work with. • Environment is with healthy competition, loaded with fun and friendliness. • No politics and favoritism. • Excellent training session. • Very good incentives structure. ( you work, you get) • Communication is no way blocked with the management at any time.

      Cons

      • I feel nothing negative so far now. • I’m happy to be a part of SSI • Here we are knowledgeable and successful.
