      Great Lead and teammates, feel truly able to be myself at work. It feels inspiring to know our work makes an impact. I havent considered other opportunities since I have been here because SSI truly cares for you. The earning potential is great! I look forward to working here and growing my career.

      Pros

      I have been working at Software Specialists full-time (Less than a year) Its been a good experience working with SSI as of now .Great work environment, amazing work culture. People here encourage questions and readily available to help and has excellent leaders who motivate and keep us driving to work.

      Did not come across any difficulties till date

      Pros

      This is the Best Company that I have ever worked. Employee Satisfaction is 100%. The Office Infrastructure, Work Ambiance, Interview Process and Training is Excellent. The work performance evaluation and support given here is really great. Very Good Incentive and Bonus!!!

      I haven't come across any downsides.
